I'm trying to upload pics of my tank to the gallery but I get an error saying it's over 1000k. My pics seem to be just over this amount. How do I lower this?

You need some type of photo software to resize the photos...My sony vaio came with a small package that does the trick...check your programs, perhaps you have something :D

I both resize and save to a lower resolution for speed of uploading.

    Mike -

If you are on windows, you have a program called 'Paint.'

Go to the start menu / assessories / Paint.

Open up your image in that.

Then go to Image / Attributes from the top menu of Paint.

There you can change the width and height of the image. Try just changing the width to 650 and resaving and I bet that will reduce the file size.
