Those pictures of the jellyfish at the top of the page were taken a month ago, you'd be surprised how quickly they have grown, they are all about 1-2 cm bigger in diameter now.

wow lol makes me rethink of what i want to do with my tank, a jellyfish tank would be too cool, lol but a reef is better :D

    Hi
I have a 50 gal tank with two sea horses and a mandarin (plus some some soft coral and a long spine urchin). I also have this stuff all over my LR. Last summer I was fishing out dozens of the jellies every day. This seems to have stopped so maybe this is a seasonal thing. Does anyone know how to get rid of this stuff. I tried transfering every one to another tank. Changing the water and scubbing all the rock but it just came back. I need to find something that eats the hyroids but that it not harmfull to Spot, Custard (sea horses) and China (Mandarin).

    Regards, Gary

you may have better luck starting your own thread rather than highjacking someone elses. i know there was no harm ment but starting a new one is always better if you have a question like this.

Since you have more than your even care to save, why not take a couple to your LFS' for free. Let them see how they like caring for them and hope they sell fast. Maybe then they will want to start trading for some. It's worth a try for a source of store credit.
