    Growing up on the ocean, I was always sent to the beach to take a swim and heal up............ Regardless of what/how bad the injury was.....

    really i though salt cleaning wounds was a myth. hopefully there werent any sharks where you lived.

    Oh no. I spent my summers on Maui, and I'll attest to the healing powers of saltwater. One time I took a pretty good tumble down some stairs one night, and it was amazing how quick everything healed up. I did spend A LOT of time in the water though.

    And like they said, I wouldnt worry about the tank as much as your hand, but you should be fine on both. Little soak in some hydrogen peroxide then some neosporin should do you well. If they are that deep and your having trouble getting it to stop bleeding, super glue the cuts
