I have one decent size bubble algae on a rock and my blue tux is on top of it. Are they known to eat this algae?

i really hope he won't pop it, he's been on top of it for a few minutes now. I had a very small outbrake of bubble algae, and my emerald crab got the other ones but not this one, i really don't want to have more, now that the others are gone

the rock is kind of like a cliff i've seen the crab try to get to it but then fall if the stupid urchin makes the bubble algae spread on the rock i think i'll have to temporarly move it for the crab to be able to get them, the urchin is still on top of the bubble algae, i don't want to move him off of it incase i cause him to pop it

lol that would be awesome. i was freaked at first with knowing how easily they are popped but he had been working on it for a few minutes so i really think he may have eaten it more than popped because i think if he would of popped it he wuold of just ran overr the thing and not stayed on the spot for a while. But who knows, i'll be watching that area for the next few days to see if any BA pops up :)

    well another update.

still no signs of bubble aglae on the rock where the urchin. I think it's pretty awesome that Pokie *the urchin* now eats bubble alage, so with two bubble algae eaters in my tank, it doesn't stand a chance :D
