1st thing first, check all your parameters. What are they?
    What lighting do you have?

Inspect the anemone for any tears in its foot, is its mouth gaping?

i test my water at my lfs, they usually give me a peice of paper but yesterday they didn't for some reason, they said it was fine though. && it's a 150w metal halide with just the one 24w actinic :)

    Piccadilly....

If you cant give a real time update of your parameters, i cant really help you im afraid...
    Your lighting is fine tho....

How long has your tank been set up for?

EDIT: Do you know what the LFS test for? The key compents for the anemone would be

    Ammonia
    Nitrate
    Phosphate
    PH

    Do you know your salinity?

I doubt ammonia is the problem then, but you really should know your Nitrates PH and Phosphate levels.

    Invest in some testing kits..
