    Hello all!

I'm new to the forum and hobby, but I've been using this site to do a lot of research and planning over the past two months. Its been an invaluable resource!

The start up on a tank can be expensive, Im sure you all know this! I've been searching craigslist to cut down on start up costs, and found this locally.

75 gallon Aquarium, Stand, Marine Lighting, Sump

Was looking for some input, at 250$ it almost seems too good to be true for everything that is offered (tank, stand, canopy, metal halide light, sump). I've been taught if it seems to good to be true, it probably is, so what are some questions I should ask when I go to look at this setup? And some things to look for that could spell possible problems?

    Thanks!

when you go and take a look at it check the bulbs and ballast by asking them to turn them on and check the silicon in the tank seams make sure its not messed up. That seems like a good deal but not to good to be true. The deal i got on my tank was to good to be true lol 200gal and stand for 300$ :)

    Welcome to 3reef. :)

You have to go and see it in person, if they are selling for that cheap than it might look all beat up.
