Use different salt on a fairly new tank?

    I don't dose anything at all except the occasional aiptasia kill with kalk (maybe once a month and only 2 or 3 aiptasia. I've posted on my high calcium problem before and no one has any suggestions, except for the arugments on alk levels and whether or not my tank should be falling out of solution or not. But this is for another post... didn't mean to go slightly off topic.

    A good MAG test is the ELOS brand test kit.

    has anyone else tried Oceanic? I would like to save a few bucks if it is a good salt instead of going with the D-D. Plus I know my LFS can get Oceanic. I will get the H2Ocean if need be but I'd like to get more opinions.

    I use oceanic. I really like it but i do have to watch my alk. everything else is good.
