Using 100g water container for Sump

    They look fine to me, a sump can be any container that holds water. Most people go with a glass or acrylic sump, but if it is hidden then it doesn't really matter what it looks like. Just make sure that there is no residue from the plastic, I would rinse with tap water and then 4 or 5 times with RO to be on the safe side.
    I have 2 sumps; I use a plastic bin cut in half, in the cupboard of my stand with zeovit reactor in it and a hidden plastic water tank for my skimmer and carbon.

    239.00 seems alittle pricey to me, but yes i think it would work just fine.

    Yea dont use that when u you can a 100 gallon rubbermaid tub for 60 bucks.........way better IMO and i believe its alot deeper which i like, i use one and its perfect

    im kind of limited on space, the 30 by 30 by 30 dimensions work better for me. I have a 6' by 2.5' area for a 40 gal topoff (24x18x24), and 40 gal salt/mix (same size), and this sump which would fit perfectly.

    Definitely go with the rubber maid agricultural trough/ tub for a lot less $$. You could spend more, but why?
