Using storage tote to mix salt water??

    I once used one and it leeched the plastic molecules into my tank and coated my live rock and coral causing the most hidious crash tank ever known to man kind!!!!








    .... Kidding of course- never had a problem with mine.

    For the record- just noticed after 550 posts that I'm now at "aiptasia" status... anyone else see a bit of a problem with that? Why dont they just label me "Royal pain in the ass"- would mean about the same!!! :p

    if your worried about leeching, buy one made of food grade plastic. the rubbermaid "brute" trashcans, are food grade and wont leech.
