UV Steralizer or Keg O' Rator for X Mas.

My Wife gave the option of a UV Steralizer or a Keg O' Rator that can hold a Half Keg for Christmas. What would you pick?

 

Kegarator all the way. Not only do you get beer on tap but it also frees up your fridge for things like venison sticks and cheese; space that would otherwise be taken up by bottles and cans.

 

Kegerator. Personally I will not use a UV on a reef system, they are great for heavily stocked fish only systems but in my mind provide no value to a reef system since they inactivate the good along with the bad.

I DIYed my kegerator just like my reef system you see in the upper left corner of the pic.

 

never use UV on a reef! too detrimental

 

I disagree with that statement, but I vote Keg-O-Rator.

 

Hmmmmmm...having to replace UV bulb or having to replace with fresh beer...I vote Fresh beer/kegerator..

Easy choice in my eyes, kegerator!!! I have had one for 10 years and it's the best 400 bucks I ever spent. And as quoted above you can put other things in there, like vodka

 

I can think of many other beers but you need the euro tap! Oh yea, Winter lager is my favorite of the Samuel Adams line, now i'm thirsty and at work!

 

Oooooh.. Chocolate Bach... Yum. Wish I could get some of that around here.
