Could anyone tell me which UV Sterilizer has a built in pump besides the JBJ Submariner version?

The JBJ has all the features that I'm looking for, but it has a lot of bad reviews.

Does anyone know of one that is similar?

Not sure on the sterilizers. Thought I would give you a bump. IMO though UV sterilizers are a waste of money.

I honestly have no idea, I use a penguin power head with mine. IMO they are very beneficial to the home aquarium though. Not trying to start a debate by any means though.

don't waste your money on a cheaper uv, it is why i think many say they don't work . they do work. but you have to get one that tells you flow rate of pumps and what they do. also cheaper uv's lights often do not have much contact time with the light, and need bulbs to be replaced often. research them. find what you want and look on ebay to get deal on it.

I have the Nano version by JBJ and it's doing a nice job.

A lot of people say don't buy one but I like having it.

If you have a sump, gravity feed it and put a valve on it. I have an Aqua Medic for my nano and have been running it for about 2 weeks. I am impressed so far. Algae is way down and water is clear.

Have you thought about ozone? Coralvue has some new reactors out.

Yes, I have a sump. So how would this "gravity feed" work? Sorry, I'm kind of a noob when it come to this stuff.

Thanks for your comment. I too am a believer of UV Sterilizers as I have a Coralife 9watt version right now. But the whole reason why I was looking into the JBJ was really because it only uses 1 powercord and also a 13watt upgrade.

Right now I only have an 8 outlet powerstrip and I wanted to free up some outlets for other items.

Yes, alot of the reviews say that the Nano version works great but unfortunately alot of the bad reviews are for the 13 watt version =( which was the one I was interested in.
