You have the name (Pentair) and the model number---I would try to find their homepage or a store that carries them for parts and instructions---good find!!!!

    AAAAAAAHHHHHHH

Don't look at that bulb with it plugged in. You can burn out retinal cells. Doctors can't fix them.

I may be wrong but with UV's you want the water in contact with the light as much as possible. So I would think a slower flow rate threw it would be better. The unit should have something on it about the flow rate you need.

you want about 50-55 gph to kill parasites--pretty slow flow. about 120gph for algae

wow. that was not a good idea taking a pic with yourself being exposed to the light. Seriously! UVC's are extremely dangerous. I'm a party pooper here, but its not a joke. If your exposure was long enough, you may want to get your eyes checked out asap and consider going to your general doctor (if you have one) and explain your exposure to him/her.....really....

In either case, the pentair models are designed to be used with Quiet One pumps. The pump size will depend on how far you will need to pump the water and how the tubing is connected to your water source (ie: split from an existing water line, bulkheads directly from the main tank, via bulkheads from the sump, etc etc)
