    Ok so Im thinking about getting a UV sterilizer to put in my sump however I have copepods and amphipods growing in my sump is the UV sterilizer going to kill them off?

    not that i have noticed. I've been running one for 6 weeks and still ave tons of pods.

    It should kill the pods that enter the unit but it won't wipe out your pod population.
