So i just received my light shipment from reefgeek.I ordered 2-ati blue plus 1-ati aquablue special 1-fiji purple and 1-uvl actinic white.Going to use both blue plus and play with the other three and see what looks best.Unfortunently one of the blue plus was damaged so it will be another day untill i get it.So i threw the remaining four into my fixture(a four bulb current t5) and fired it up.Now the question. Is the uvl actinc white supposed to look redish?Didnt expect it too so i am just checking.Anyone using uvl actinic white please help.

    Thanks

Yeah, the UVL bulbs have a pink-ish purple hue to them, unlike the ATI or Geisseman. That's why I don't really like the look of the UVL ones. For a pinkish purple effect I use KZ Fiji purple, which puts out more PAR.
