My father, brother & I would like to go on a vacation but we don't know where we want to/should go. We like camping & some adventure(as long as it's not too physical, Dad's getting old::)). While I like more physical stuff dad can't handle that as much. Looking at maybe camping, or something at the beach/on the coast(which would be my fav.) if we have the money?(No, not Lake Eerie, it sucks. lol)Maybe a big city if we could think of things to do there? Open to other possibilities too.:)

We don't have too much money to spend. I don't know an exact amount. Looking for the first week in July.(Jul. 1-8, I think)

Yellowstone National Park. Awesome camping there, and a few sites may still have space left. That place is amazing!

I went last summer. I've been twice now, and would go back in an instant. If you want any tips or ideas, let me know! I read three guide books, and had every day scheduled non stop from 9am to 10pm!!!

Yeah, state parks are really the way to go. They are cheap! Plus you get to see the country. I'm not sure how much a camping spot is, but the pass into the park is only 25 dollars per car for 7 days. And then obviously, all the attractions inside are free!

It says only a maximum stay of 1-3 mights is permitted in back-country campgrounds per trip? Did I read this correctly?:( $20 is affordable though! :)

haha could I get around this only 3 day thing buy reserving 2 separate "trips"? just reserve 2 different camps for 3 days each. lol Open to other possibilities in that area too. I think we are going to buy a bike rack for the car & bring bikes.
