    Hey Puff Daddy

I cant answer this specific question , having never kept any puffer fish

I will bump this thread for others

You posted it in the "articles and how to" section - which means nobody could reply to it
until I moved it to Tropical fish

if your not sure where to post a question - post it in the "new to the hobby" forum
that way others can still respond whilst it is awating moving to correct location

please dont post general enquiries in the " atricles" forum - becuase if you do, noboday can reply to your post until its moved

    Steve

not coral safe or invert safe. I know some people have kept them in a tank with crabs and corals, but most have chomped on them eventually.

There really is not a puffer that can be kept outside of a FOWLR tank....puffers (including toby) have large powerful teeth which are used to crush shells and chomp corals and rocks There teeth will become overgrown if not ground down.
