valentini puffer white spots

I have a valentini puffer that seems to have gone blind for its eyes glazing over and little white spots. he wont eat and now just lays on a rock and does not really move at all. Please help

He has Ich and probably a secondary infection.Doesn't look good.
If that list in your sig. is the current occupants I would be prepared for more of the same. The amount and types of fish you have is a recipe for disaster IME.Heres some good links for you.

need to edit that i no longer have the yellow tang and got a very large canister and bigger preteen skimmer and a 120 gal tank

 

do you have a hospital tank? I think you should remove the puffer if you can and try to treat with medication. I'm not super knowledgeable about what kind of medicine to use but I'm sure you could search on the site for ich treatments.
