My girlfriend and I are going to be taking a trip to Vegas for her 21st. We will be staying in the MGM Grand. Is there any clubs, sites, or places to eat that you guys would recommend?

I dont know much about shows, just the bars and gambling. I didnt know there was any other reason to go to Vegas;D

yeah, take 10 bucks. Go to any bar with video poker. Put in your money in front of a bar tender, and they comp. your drink. Dont rush out to fast after words, but dont spend your whole $10. cash out and move on!

Blue Man group at the Venetian is awesome. Go see the water and light show at the Bellagio - it's pretty amazing. Treasure Island is cool as well. Eat at the Top of the World restaurant at the Statosphere, then go out on the observation deck. Excellent food, great view, and the restaurant rotates. The Capital Grille is excellent.

Edit - I can't stress enough how cool Blue Man group is. Must see. Get your tickets at Vegas.com - cheaper, and you get an upgrade usually. Just don't sit in the front few rows.

The dolphin exhibit at The Mirage, the shark exhibit at the Manadalay Bay and King Tut's tomb at The Luxor are all good. Also, if you are renting a car, take a 20 minute drive to Hoover Dam. Well worth seeing. I actually grew up in Vegas and some of the best things to see are off of the strip. The casinos that pay better are located off of the strip.

Too many good places to eat! One other thing, if you are willing to listen to an hour long sales schpeil on time shares, they give you free tickets to dinners and shows. Also, if you don't have an assigned seat at a show, tip the maitre d' (at least 5 bucks) and he can get you better seats, but you gotta do it before he seats you, not after.....

    Have fun!
