I caught my foxface in a fish trap. I put an algae clip in there. After he saw the tang going in and out he got brave enough to go in

Yea that was what I was planning on doing. I built a DIY trap that was on this site. It worked great in the past so I figure it will work again. He still has about 2 months in the 65 gal to get ready for the big move:beer::balloon2::party014:

It is like any pipe, only it's flexible, so it allows you to move it wherever you want to aim you flow.

    Great!

Yeah like everyone before posting here. Great job thinking things out your doing it perfect. Do you feel good inside when you walk up to it? Butterflies?

It feels good to me to walk up to mine,,and it's not nothing compared to 99% on here. It's all mine. I made it. I control it.

I'm sure your family is very happy with seeing how much you care about a fish tank......j/k it's not a fish tank i know,,it's alot more than a tank..It's your baby!

I'll be looking on this thread often.

    Thanks for sharing,
    Mike

My kids love it and my wife likes it. But she thinks I'm a little obsessed with it. I just tell her it could be worse i could be obsessed with hanging out at a bar. This hobby may cost a lot of money and be addicting but it is defiantly a good addiction to have.

Thanks again for all the support. I'll probably post more pictures later this week if the pumps show up.

    Scored more rock

I posted this in the ID this tread also to find out what type of mushrooms these are but i want it in build thread too so here it is.

I bought 150 pounds of lace rock today for $40.00 from a guy off craiglist. He was a mushroom junkie. The tank was covered from end to end with mushrooms it looked cool. Anyways as I was leaving he said do you want some and as any good fellow reefer I said sure :) I only had $7.00 on me so I feel I made out good with the mushrooms too. The rock pieces are huge 15 +" with good formations for caves.

On a side note I will be purchesing my Oceans Motions 8-way from Tangster this week. Not to far from seeing some water!
