    Now that I have all the plumbing parts on the way look what I have to do now. I still can not believe I talked my wife into this one. I have to remove the fireplace which we have used less that 5 times in 7 years. take out the ledge and re-drywall and paint. Behind the wall is my side yard. I might put a small door there to access the back of the tank for ease of doing any maintenance on pumps or plumbing. I will have to run a little more wood flooring to cover the spot where I am removing the fireplace.

    My trade off for this was that I promised I would repaint the entire inside of the house. I figure it is only fair;)

    Funny you should say that it is in two large trash cans with bleach and water as we type!

    That thing you call a fire place it not nice to look at.
    So the whole thing your taking out to put in your new tank right?

    That should really look nice,after your done!

    Yep the fireplace is being removed tomarrow and the tank I have there now will be relocated until I can swap the contents over to the new tank. The 240 gal tank fits in that new spot when it is done with 1" gap on each side.

    Got my lights today.

    I bought these used today. I will need to replace the bulbs other than that they are in great shape.

    2 Aqualight pro light fixtures 48" (2-250W HQI's/ 2 96w actinics

    I hope to do a water test in two weeks. I have come down with some kind of virus or flu. I am really sick so I will not be working on the tank for a few days or getting out of bed for that matter.
