Velvet Damsel picks at everything!

I tried several times with the bottle trap,he was way too smart for that and required every rock to be taken out of my tank,no matter what,he would hide under another,i also had to chase him for about 20 minutes with 2 nets before i got him,also tried the feeding swoop and scoop to no avail,and luckily that was in my 28 gallon.It got to the point that i was considering building a miniture spear gun! lol

 

Oh Boy!! Sounds like I'm in way over my head on this one!! I'll do my best. Thanks everyone.

 

my usual way of catching fish takes time but works everytime.i train my fish to all eat from a turkey blaster.next i place my fish trap in my tank, point the blaster into the trap. and wala fish cought. you may catch an extra fish or 2 but its easier to remove those fish then catch 1 in the dt.

 

I may have trained them to that inadvertently!! They know when they see the baster that food is coming! Guess I can use that to my advantage for a quick extraction hopefully! If not, then I'll resort to other methods.

 

He's left the acro's and milli alone. My stinkin damsels latest endeavor is to bite the tips off of my elegance I hate that fish!!
