My Velvet wrasse has been hiding since yesterday. It did not come out to eat today. Nitrite is 0 Amonia is zero Ph 8.0, but my nitrate levels are 80. Salinity is 1.021. The wrasse looks like it's breathing hard. No ich in the tank. Do I need to be concerned?????

Do a big water change. Nitrates are unusually high, also your salinity is very low. I keep my tank at 1.026.

Use something from LFS to neutralize the nitrates temporarily untill you can figure out the problem.

We dont know anything about your tank so its hard to say what the problem is. Some pictures of your tank and filtration system would help aswell.
