    UGH. some folks need to learn to cool their heads before letting their mouths or fingers speak. it completely frustrates the crap out of me when hot headed people let their own pride drive a wedge between dozens of other folks. letting large things go personal only to have the folks around them suffer the consequences. I am usually one to speak my mind, but in these cases, I am forced to bite my tounge so as not to completely alienate myself in the whole process. AAAGGGHHHH!! I just needed to vent .

    a heads up using the report button is something I appreciate
    as do my team mates

    we have had some problem members during the last couple of years
    but in general thanks to the majority of decent people who frequent this site, its a small minority

    In instances like these, I re-type my responses 3 or 4 times, and use it as an opportunity to better myself, rather than to join others who have a short distance from their brain to their mouth. :p

    +1 to this approach or just bite your tongue if you can't get a good response after retyping it several times. The report button is a great option we should use.

    I know I can be one of those people at times and I'm sorry for that. All I'm going to say is that some times it can be really hard to truly understand why and where feelings come from and it's hard for people (including myself) to know if I'm miss-placing feelings from other things. We are all on some sort of emotional roller-coaster, but it can be a little more of a extreme ride for some than others. I just hope people don't take it too personal.

    We've never met, but I know exactly where you are coming from, and just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...

    This is reaching ridiculous proportions over some of most least important things.
