    well if its still skimming like that a week from now im sold. the week is to give it some time to flush out built up DOC's in the tank, but there shouldnt be many do to the short tank life-span and low bioload

    whats the noise level like?

    it it totaly silent. no joke. today i checked skim cup and there is the stinkyist skimate in the cup really dark brown junk. ill go take a pic.

    Its now days 3 and its still skimming great. ill post a pic in a few.

    have you noticed any difference in your tank, such as clarity or coral and fish healthy.

    well the water does look more clear than it has befor. and my fish and corals seem to be doing very well. im sure there happy i got this skimmer.

    That skimmer seems to be doing exactly what it's supposed to do! Looks like you picked up a good product! :)

    Man, i wish this review was out b4 i made my skimmer selection. I had to choose a skimmer for a 120 gal, about 140 gallons total water volume for a tank im setting up and a vertex IN180 or a ATB 840 cone were my choices but since i couldnt find any feedback on these vertex skimmers i ordered the ATB, coulda saved a few bux but oh well i guess. Good luck with your skimmer.
