1.022 is not low for fish IMO. Most fish stores keep their fish only displays around that or even lower. It is a little low for corals of course.

    +1 to tang stress.

Curious what your acclimation process was.

Also didn't see an ammonia reading and since this is basically a new tank that's definitely something to watch.

What kind of equipment are you running? Skimmer, sump/refugium, carbon, other?

What is your maintenance schedule? Dosing ( definitely not needed at this stage)
    Water changes

Basically, need a bunch more info before we can try to help.

One more thing. I also suspect that the rock cleaning may have resulted in a reduction of the beneficial bacteria. Now, it sounds like plenty of time has passed but again, I would treat this as a brand new tank/cycle.

Scrubbing rock is probably not a great idea. Was it washed with tap water? I agree with others that low 02 is a likely cause. I dont think that an airstone will do much to help with the dissolved 02 all that much. Surface agitation is really the only consistant way to make sure that your dissolved 02 is stable. The acclimation process could have lead to your most recent losses, although you did not state how you went about it. Good luck and keep the info coming so that we can all help you have a successful tank!
