VHO frag tank?

    they have more watts and are less efficent, thats why there is more heat.

    The VHO are supposed to only put out the amount of light of two NO bulbs even though they use 3x the power.

    I have no doubt a T5HO bulb will crush the vho on par out put.

    I agree if this is for a frag tank you don't want to go cheap or cut corners. You want the most efficient lighting to get the best colors and growth.
