Cool, i've seen problems in the past with maroon and orange ocellaris clowns. The maroons did not like them one bit and we had to take them out of my friends tank and put the orange ones in mine. They love it now!

I want to get a Coral Beauty, but I am always worried about them picking on corals...although I've heard and read that CBs are the best angels to add to a reef tank.

Great looking tank MoJoe. Your livestock look healthy and your water is pristine. Good job.

Wasnt's sure if you had tried to mix a Maroon Clown or you meant Black & White Ocellaris like I have. Mixing different species would definitely be tougher than within the same, that may have been the issue.

Dwarf Angels are hit or miss, some have great luck while others don't. It's also possible that some people jump the gun when they put something in and they start to pick. As I mentioned, mine would investigate and pick initially and then it would lose interest. CB's are gorgeous fish, if you get one hopefully it'll behave.

& Thanks John, thanks to my Deltec skimmer my water has really gotten to that "crystal clear" look, super happy!

P.S. Thanks Matt for embedding the vid, I will check the FAQ!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Stunning;D ;D Those blue mushrooms are to die for. A wonderful example of a very attractive system that does not have to be dominated by sps and zoanthids to be beautiful.

thanks! I'm so addicted to LPS and Softies, I just love how dynamic they are. Funny story is one of my friends came over just as my light went on one day and saw my tank, he commented it was pretty cool. We ended up coming back hours later and he couldn't believe how much different everything looked all colored up and extended. I may dabble a little more in SPS but I'm running out of space, time for a bigger tank :)

    Thx Dasco!
