Hey everyone. I have a 55 gal setup right now that is just holding live rock, has a couple snails and a couple crabs as well. Waiting to setup my 90 gallon and move the live rock in to it. Over the past couple weeks two snails and a crab have been emptied of their shells. I have also lost a lone molly fish that was in the tank when I got the live rock as well. No trace, no contaminents in the water, parameters are good, nothing.

Today I looked at an upside down snail shell and these things are are crawling around in them. ALso, there are some small little things as well that are greyish in color, at first I thought maybe tiny shrimp but I am probably wrong.

Let me know what ya think!

Embeding didnt work for some reason.

+1 on the bristle worms and pods..sounds like your snails just died! wouldn't dive too deep into the situation..the bristle worm in the video is pretty much harmless

would the bristle worm have killed them? THere isnt much for food in the tank. Second are bristle worms dangerous or are they ok to move with the live wrong in to the 90 gallon when i set it up.

Yep Bristle Worms and pods are harmless unless they get gigantic. I'm 99% certain that they did't kill anything in your tank. Could have just been natural deaths.
