    Do like I did and take the heater out and scrub it with a algae pad or something to get the free ones off.

    If it posses a big concern for you, contact the manufacturer. I'm sure they will tell you that it is perfectly safe but they may be willing to replace it. Like I said my Whisper did this and it never bothered the fish just me.

    Seems kinda silly that they would put stickers on a heater to me. [smiley=shocked2.gif]

    I think everyone of my heaters have some kind of decals on it.  I think they are there to help conceal the heating coils.  I am suprised you have never seen this before Matt.  What kind of heaters do you use?

    btw, are we going to see anymore quizes?

    The old Vista Therms never had the stickers...its only since Marineland took over that they put them on. The heater itself is the best.

    I just took a look at one of my older heaters and I see what you mean. I did notice a slight change in design but didn't pay much attention to it. The old ones are thinner and draw less attention.
