Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who is thinking about buying the new MP10 or who already has one.

This morning my MP10 gave me the stall error code. I assumed I had a snail in there so I took the dry side out gave it a full check up and there is nothing. Put it back on the tank and plugged it back in. Still stalled. When I try to plug it in it trys to start going but then gives the stall message everytime. Guess its a good time to see what kind of tech support Ecotech has:(

The MP10 breathes again. I left it off for a few hours and now it seems to be running fine. Possibly a heat issue.

I called the tech support and they told me that there was a bunch of bad washer that soaked up too much water and would stuck. Once it get dry, it'll move again. Seems like you got the bad batch as well.

Call them up. They'll ask you to try to take apart the wet side and see if you can separate one tiny part that's half white and half black color. If you can separate them, that's not the case. If you can't, they'll mail you a replacement for that little part.

Thank you for the advice. I left a message with them so Im guessing Ill be taking those parts apart when they call as you said. For now seems to be back to normal.

If it stuck again, don't try to tighten the screw to get it going. It'll only get worst. Mine did.

Thank you both for the reassurance. I was getting worried that I might end up writing off this $200 PH and going back to Koralias.

As already said, I cleaned mine and tightened the screw on the wet side a little too much, when I went to start it, it would run then spin off the glass and fall. I finally realized my mistake and it's been good since. I do hear their customer support is really good.
