Vortech on painted glass?

    I installed my second mp10 on my tank a few days ago. I placed the second pump on the opposite side of my tank, from the first one. Here is the deal. The side that i added the second mp10 to is the side/wall i painted black. I noticed tonight that the propeller wasnt spinning on the second/slave pump. Does anyone know if the vortechs are not supposed to be used on painted glass?

    It may slip if it's on painted glass. I would probably take a razor and cut out that area of the paint so it can grab the glass properly.

    i just got off the phone with them and dude said that they would get a new wet side sent out immediately. They obviously have stellar customer service! They are sending me a new part without even seeing the old one. Oh and they answered the phone, lol. I wish all companies were that helpful and interested in keeping there customers happy.

    ^ +a million to that, I asked them a ton of questions when i talked to them lol They answered them all and glad everything is working out for you. How is the noise level on your other MP10?
