$200 is good and its a gen2. Maybe see if he will go $175, if it has two years of wear and tear on it. Also ask him how old the wetside is on it too?

 

i offered him 150$ for it being 3 years old... hopefully he will bite

Thats a fair price. I got my first MP40W through a fish friend that runs a service business out here in SoCal. It was less then a year old and got it for $120. ;D I did have to upgrade it though with the ES driver but other then that, its still running great.
