Lots of wrasses in your tank. Sweet. Have any pictures of them? Im not the biggest fan of most wrasses but i love flame wrasses. I would personally go with them. A bit of a strain on the bank though. I guess you get what you pay for though.

I have a pair of mated Hawaiian flame wrasses. They are gorgeous! But, the male is not a "peaceful" tank mate to my other wrasse (red velvet). Most of the time they get along okay, but there are times I have to turn the lights off for half a day because he is being so feisty. And he does more than just chase, he really fights. I'm just warning of this, since I saw you already have so many wrasses in your tank.

Hmm, that's interesting to hear. Was the flame in the tank before the red velvet? Nobody in my tank is territorial except for the filamented, and all he does is chase a little on occasion.

My red velvet was in the tank first, for about a month. The first day the red velvet picked on the flame, but after that first day, the flame has been king of the tank. This is my only experience with a flame wrasse, so maybe my guy just has some major attitude.
