    hi guys im 1 week in to my dosing and normally do a 30-40%
    water change(before vsv dosing) when my nitrate lvls are about 20ppm by the end of seven days.

    do i just keep dosing untill i see reduction in nitrate?

    when and how much if at all should i do for a water change?

    when should i start adding AA and bac strains? :confused:
