do you guys think the fish will be ok? should i get another skimmer? i mean everything is good just the temp issue. and if i have to siphon some stuff out when i do my water changes then i do. thats not a big deal to me.

I would get a good cleanup crew and upgrade the skimmer

A good rule on skimmers is you want one rated for 1.5x the water volume of your tank

As far as cleanup crew there is alot of places that offer them and some of the package deals are good deals and some are rip offs or give things that aren't suggested for reefs

I'd probably think about getting 150 blue leg hermits, a few scarlet hermits, and about 50 nassarius snails and 10-15 turbo snails and maybe 50 other cerith or some other type of smaller snail

Also with tang's I typically tell people that cleaner shrimp are VERY important as they will get rid of any parasites on the tangs that could cause issues (i.e. ich)

ok sounds good. but if i dont upgrade skimmer what is a con of that? and if i do upgrade what will i be gaining out of it? im trying to figure out if it is worth it. i mean if it will get rid of some of the extra garbage then well thats not that big of deal i can siphon it out.. but i will be buying some crabs and snails tonight!
