    My ball and chain took an environmental class last yr and I was briefed on our(planet earth) situation. Doesnt look good.

    no it doesn't I've been saying since grade school...Aren't we taking the earth's insulation(oil/coal/natural gas) and burning it up? It's not what we're putting into the air, that gets washed away with rain, but what we're taking out....and if we didn't take those things out that leave so much crap behind when they do get used, we wouldn't have atmosphere problems, which all revert back to the earth......

    :lol: :lol: hey this year we're going back to basics, no ac unless it's over 95 and I'm riding my bike to work. Everything we own is energy star rated and we use a once thru water heater and take 3-5 min showers. We are going to use our ceiling fans as much as possible and are going to sit out front, on the shady porch drinkin lemonade, and watching the people go buy spending their money on gas & electricity........sorry got carried away there......
