so right now i have a yellow tang. hopefully soon i can re order my rocks and reaquascape.

which tang think would do good? my LFS has regal tangs, salifin tangs, ( rarely the achilles), powder blue and powder brown, naso tangs. blonde and regular.

so what tang would do fine? ( my tank is a 150g) and its been set up about 5months not including a month of cycling.

i was thinking a salifin tang since they are pretty cool and they are cheaper. but im open for suggestions.

of the options given ,based on my experience
I have on previous set ups had a yellow and hippo tang in same tank without any issues
Body shapes are important so if you go for one of the elongated shapes like the hippo
rather than the round type shape of the Sailfin , then IMO you should have less territoriality issues

Sailfin and yellow are from the same genus. This could cause fighting. If you add one get one from another genus. The powders, regal or nasos would be a better choice.

so if i were to add the sailfin, do you think it would be a really bad choice? i kinda really like the sailfin. ( of course if its not adequate i wont get it)

i do like the naso tang as well.. ill have to look into that.

Yeah, I think it would be a bad choice. You would probably lose one of the tangs, most likely the sailfin since it is the new fish.

Haven't heard anything one way or the other. Hit the net and check out everything you can on both. See which one is the best fit for your set up.

Ask them if they will order one. Any good LFS should be able to find a way to get you a healthy fish you want. I should say any worthy of your hard earned money.
