    True. Then again wages here are only about $7 and you're extremely lucky if you get a 40 cent raise. Jobs are awfully scarce too. If you lose your job here, good luck finding another one in the next few years.

    lmao, i have family living up in Nor Cal Ceres to be exact, it's ok, but still Calli, maybe i would have to spend more time up there to like it more

    will do, this will at least give me an idea of what i will be looking at for average price range, i would love to move like right now but wouldnt be possible. I'm also going to have to look at college tuition fees and student loans so i think i've got a bit of planning that i will need to do.

    Looks like i got to enjoy my tank while i have it, don't know if i should spend any more on it if i will have to sell it when i move, i've already put 3k towards it
