    Lol maybe your carpet anemone decided to help you out...Would'nt be the first time I have seen a wrasse dive right into a carpet anemone

    Also I see your in west palm beach, What store did you get this guy from?
    barrier reef?
    I know thats in Boca Raton but im not sure where in palm beach you are

    Looks like there's nothing more to say here. :)

    But FWIW, I agree on the ID; a transitioning Formosa Wrasse.

    Actually it lives! Lol it is back out again today and looks alright. I got it in a place in LW, haven't been to that store in boca but now you gave me a new place to try! :) I'm gunna keep it in there and hope for the best...
