Hi everybody, my name is Chris, and i'm an alcoholic. I've been sober for 3hrs now. Well for starters. I have a 2 gallon fluval spec reef tank my first salt water tank and already murdered my 2 clown fish. 3 snails and a banded shrimp. Battled cyano, diatoms. And a weird worm rescued a sic coral and now I'm here!

Hi Chris~congratulations on the sobriety!!! Welcome to 3Reef. First, no way do 2 clowns let alone 1 belong in a 2g tank of any kind :( Actually no fish should go in that tank.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Sometimes it is just better to keep your opinions to yourself.

Hey way to show off the communities friendliness. There are a lot of what I would consider "Professors of the Reef" on here and you show up acting stupid. Hey by the way did you see Iowa beat Michigan today? Where the hell is the "Like" button on here?

Yeah no fish has any business being in a tank that small. your parameters will get out of whack so fast. snails, hermits, small polyps, maybe some micro gobies. other then that.. I would stay away from fish. I made the same mistake with my first only it was 8 gallons. its now being moved into a 20 cause its just too small
