water change containers?

Thanks to everyone. I have been using the orange buckets from home depot.

 

Is there much that can be leeched in the short amount of time the water is in a mixing bucket?

 

I highly doubt it, I've never even thought of it until this thread...

There is nothing wrong with questioning anything. It's natural, you read a post about plastic leaching, then you do a water change right into a plastic bucket... so it makes sense to say... "well, what if there is a better plastic bucket?" That's how I see it.

I learned a long time ago to just ask the dumb question and let it fly!

They seem to always get on you about your plastic; I don't get it. They all have plastic in their tank at one point or another. I think they may have a touch of jellyness that you've got this killer display with a lot of "Todd_Sails_getting_it_done" style!
