I have a 45 gallon bow tank. I just removed 15 gallons of water and replaced it with natural 4.4 gallon sea water (Cant remember company name but got it from local dealer). How long will it take to see different water chemistry change? Like nitrate dropping?

You replaced about 33% of your water so at most you will see the Nitrate levels drop by that much. I normally wait a day between adding something or doing a water change and testing for results. It just takes a while to mix the water fully.

What about the other 10.6 gallons? Are you replacing that too?

Yes. I use a 5 gallon bucket and top the 4.4 with fresh RO water to make it 5 x 3 (15 for 15).
