What is the max water I should change at one time in a 14g biocube or does it not matter?

Unless it's an emergency, I would not do more than 20% at one time. I think 10% weekly is even better though.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
If you match the pH, temp and SG you can probably do a 50%.

The issue that might arise in my mind is shock to fish and invert if you have not done water changes in awhile. If you have not done routine water changes there could be a huge swing in all water chemistry.

In my experience I have seen better results with smaller water changes more frequently than one large one.

Is there a particular reason you want to do such a large water change?

    +1

It's better to make smaller more frequent WC than large ones not so often.

Doing too much can cause your tank to cycle again
