    !25 gallon tank. How many 16 gallon water changes can you safely do in on e week. Need to turn the tank around and bring it back to the beautiful tank it used to be. Thanks in advance:eek:::):eek:::).

    You could do it daily if you make sure the SG, Mg, Ca and alk match the water in the tank currently.

    I would be very careful if the tank is extremely dirty lowering the nutrient levels too fast could stress corals. Go slow you are not going to work miracles overnight.;)

    you are correct, when it coems to altering chemistry a small bump in anything is much better than a large bump to fast;D

    You would be better off trying to decrease curernt nutrient input in the tank. If you can add some mechanical filtering (like a filter sock or increased skimming) you can really make a difference as well. Increasing flow or randomizing flow may help as well as cyano does not like a lot of flow. Try decreasing the light if cyano and or algae is an issue.
