water change

    Your tank finishing its cycle is, in and of itself, not a reason to do a water change.

    If the cycle is really finished, there is nothing to change out as your numbers are 0's already.

    If you have high nitrates still, IMO, you could wait for that to come down on its own before adding livestock and consider it part of your cycle. You could WC instead though... if they're real high, I probably would do a WC to help it along.

    But, remember, your cycle is never really complete - merely in balance, for the moment.
