Is it possible to. Do water changes to frequently ? Or is a water change good regardless of how often performed

It is not possible to water to frequently. A water is change is going to be good. Usually the more often you do a water change the less you need to take out for example 10% a week compared to 20% a fortnight etc.

I think if you have the time, the more the better.

It seems that it would be possible to do too many water changes from the standpoint of stability. Incomplete mixing of makeup water, not matching SG carefully, temp./pH differences could lead to larger swings in these parameters. This might be stressing out inhabitants. There is questions to be answered first to being why do you need so many water changes what have you been testing? Parameters? Just be careful.

Go for it :). Just make sure you mix up your salt water and let it sit so its mixed properly, and heat it to the same temp as the tank.

I wouldn't want it to sit :p, just make sure its mixed for at least 4 hours prior to use IMO I let mine mix for 24/48+ hours before I do anything. But being that I have air tight mixing containers so I have mine mixing with a powerhead for up to 2-3weeks.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Smaller more frequent wc better then larger less frequent ones.

Avoid swings caused from introduction of freshly made up SW to a systems that has utilized many of the trace elements, has a build up of DOC causing both a lower pH and or ALK value and yellowing of the water. Sudden drastic changes in water clarity resulting from over aggressive water changes to a tank not accustomed to such a routine can be detrimental to some corals.

+1 stability is key. Even if you are reducing bad parameters and increasing good, large changes can "shock" inhabitants. As long as you aren't making huge changes each water change, I don't know that you can do them too often.

At some point, it will become a waste of money as you won't be replacing much with each change and you will just churn through salt and RODI filters/ store bought water ($$$) more quickly than you need to.
