    I know this may seem like a silly question but i've been thinking about it in recent days...I have a 65 gallon FOWLR and i have been doing 20% water changes monthly. Should i be doing more? i haven't had any major problems with my levels but should i start doing smaller water changes more offten?

    Don't fix it if it's not broken. If your tank is working well, it has an equilibrium with your maintenance schedule.

    Agreed, don't panic if everything's going good! :)

    20% monthly sounds OK to me and is pretty common I think.
