Water from Exit Pipe of Skimmer

I never heard of a skimmer that is 100% effective for removing organics, I heard on avg roughly only 30% of organics are removed, the popularity behind refugiums to remove what the skimmer doesn't, I seen that on youtube, hahaha!

 

This is the clean water coming out of my skimmer and that was about a weeks time cus I do change those weekly, now I am sure some skimmers work a lot better, but mine does the job, but I do believe none are 100% effective.
