    Your ammonia and nitrites will kill anything in the tank. The phosphate is pretty high as well.
    Just go slow and let it finish the cycle

    an established tank should have 0 amm and nitrite unless you have recently added any livestock or live rock too much too fast.. or if anything is dead, or maybe WAY overfeeding just recently

    How old are your test kits? Otherwise what type of filtration are you using? Have you dont a major overhaul to the tank lately or like stated did something die and just rot in the corner of your tank?

    How is the livestock acting?
