I've heard of people that have fish that have chronic ich that just live with it. I'd raise your temp to 82ish and see if any of it falls off. If not then just monitor the fish to see if it gets any worse or if you have a chronic ich fish.

ok i dont want to jump to conclusions but if you dont think the heat is causing it and my para. are good. the only thing i can come up with is that my yellow is stressing them out... i mean he is aggressive at times.. and he has never had ich.. while the blue and kole have had it twice..

Yellow tangs are usually more susceptible to ick than other tangs. I have steered clear of them from the start, but that is just my own preference.
You can also try to treat the ick with hyposalinity. Try to drop your SG in the tank by about .02 each day until you are at 1.009. Make sure your tank is buffered properly to avoid a pH swing, and that you have good air exchange in your tank with good surface agitation. This is assuming you don't have any delicate coral in your tank. This method tends to work better in FOWLR systems. There are also natural medications you can use like "Chem-Marin Stop-Parasite" that is safer and is non binding, like copper.

well my yellow tang is the only tang that hasent got the ich.. and the only way hypo works is if you do it a full 4weeks because research shows that once you bring the salinity back up the ich comes back to life.

Wow, you have a pretty healthy and resilient tang there! The hyposalinity should be held for at least 6 weeks, which is the lifecycle of ich. You will have to raise the SG just as slowly as it was lowered. If you spike the SG back to the 1.025, it will stress the fish significantly, which is what causes the ich to reinfest on the livestock. From 1.009 back to 1.025 should be done ofer the course of a couple weeks, not in one day.

Crank the heat up to 82-84 and it should fall off.
